How to Write an Application Letter with Simple Examples

When you write an application letter, follow these instructions:
1.
Give a heading of a post you
are applying for.
2.
Show where and when you saw the
advertisement inviting application.
3.
Explain why they can employ you
and not someone else.
4.
Tell them which day you’re
ready for an interview.

the University of Dar es Salaam, where I was taking Bachelor of Arts with Education, majoring Kiswahili and History
subjects. Currently, I am working as a tuition teacher at Samata Education
Center, and I’m teaching Kiswahili, History, Geography, English, and Civics. Also, I am competent in computer
skills, comfortable in using: Word, Access, Excell, PowerPoint, Internet,
Publisher, and typing with (35 WPM).
My experience convinces me that,
I can do very well if your office will give me the opportunity to work with
you.
